Synthesis and Property of A Novel Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base Fluorescent Probe
A novel fluorescent probe 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde tryptamine Schiff base(probe L)was generated by the condensation reaction of tryptamine and 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde,and its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis. The results showed that probe L was highly selective to Zn2+,and the detection threshold of Zn2+could reach 29.1 nmol·L 1.The Job curve revealed the coordination of probe L and Zn2+in the amount of matter of 2∶1,and the structure analysis further confirms the coordination form of L and Zn2+.
