一种新型水杨醛席夫碱荧光探针的合成及性能研究

通过色胺和4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛的缩合反应,成功制备了一种新型席夫碱荧光探针4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛缩色胺席夫碱(探针L),并采用核磁共振和元素分析等物理化学手段对其结构进行了表征.结果表明:探针L对Zn2+具有很高的选择性,Zn2+的检测阈值可以达到29.1 nmol·L-1;Job曲线揭示探针L与Zn2+以2∶1的物质的量之比配位,经结构解析进一步确认了 L与Zn2+的配位形式.
Synthesis and Property of A Novel Salicylaldehyde Schiff Base Fluorescent Probe
A novel fluorescent probe 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde tryptamine Schiff base(probe L)was generated by the condensation reaction of tryptamine and 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde,and its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis.The results showed that probe L was highly selective to Zn2+,and the detection threshold of Zn2+could reach 29.1 nmol·L 1.The Job curve revealed the coordination of probe L and Zn2+in the amount of matter of 2∶1,and the structure analysis further confirms the coordination form of L and Zn2+.
