李清系明季兴化史学名儒,本文从他的生平及其友朋,探究其抗疏诤谏、亮节孤忠、忧国忧民的高尚品德.明亡后李清杜门著述,秉笔直书,以<三垣笔记>、<南渡录>等史学著作和<梼杌闲评>等文学著作而名噪史坛,蜚声文苑.
