摘要
调查发现，菏泽市农村小学语文师资在教师队伍结构，工作量及待遇，知识、业务、职业道德素质，新课改理念实践和掌握运用现代信息技术能力等方面都存在着问题。针对这些问题，从教育理念、教学方法、语文资源、教师素质等方面进行现状分析，从国家和教育部门的应对措施、农村小学语文教师的自我提高两方面提出相应对策。
Abstract
A survey has shown many problems among the language teachers in Heze rural primary schools which focus in the faculty structure,the workload and salary,knowledge,professional and moral qualities,new curriculum reform concept and the ability of using modern information technology.Facing these problems,the pa-per analyzes the educational concept,teaching methods,resources of Chinese language and the quality of teachers, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the measures of educational administrative departments and self-improvement of rural primary school teachers.
