A Moral Examination of Bystander Phenomenon in Campus Bullying
The phenomenon of bystanders in campus bullying harbors a moral crisis,causing turmoil in the moral ecosystem of schools and hindering students from establishing the right moral values.Through a moral exami-nation of the bystander phenomenon,it is found that bystanders exhibit moral cognitive dissonance,moral emotional indifference,moral willpower weakness,and negative moral behavior.This moral dilemma in schools can be ad-dressed by enhancing the cultivation of a positive moral atmosphere in society,strengthening comprehensive govern-ance of the school's moral environment,receiving assistance and support from families,and encouraging bystand-ers to shift from passivity to actively intervening in bullying incidents.This transformation will empower student by-standers to take a proactive role in resolving the campus moral dilemma.
