摘要

人工智能(AI)和互联网技术在教育中的广泛应用催生了教育教学的革新,不仅对传统教师的角色和专业发展提出了新的挑战,同时也为提升教师教育教学能力提供了高效的途径.高校青年教师培训应强调AI在培训理念、需求分析、内容更新、实践方式选择、目标体系达成以及质量评价诊断体系的构建中的关键作用,推动大学青年教师专业能力的全面发展,实现培训体系的升级与创新.

Abstract

The widespread application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and internet technology in education has spurred innovations in teaching and poses new challenges to the roles and professional development of traditional ed-ucators.Simultaneously,it provides an efficient avenue to enhance the teaching capabilities of educators.Training programs for young university teachers should emphasize the crucial role of AI in training philosophy,needs analy-sis,content updates,selection of practical methods,achievement of goal systems,and the construction of quality assessment and diagnostic systems.This emphasis will drive the comprehensive development of the professional ca-pabilities of young university teachers and facilitate the upgrading and innovation of training systems.
