Evolutionary Logic and Policy Suggestions for Education Policies for International Students in China Since"the Belt and Road"——An Analysis Based on National Policy Texts over the Past Decade
Since the introduction of"the Belt and Road"in 2013,the rapid development of education for in-ternational students in China has been observed, prompting continuous innovation and improvement in related poli-cies.Over the past decade, these policies have been influenced by societal systems, driving mechanisms, and self-strengthening mechanisms, exhibiting characteristics such as expanding content coverage, emphasizing multi-stakeholder participation, focusing on attracting international talents, and aligning with national development strate-gies.In the future, there is a need to further refine the policy framework, strengthen policy implementation mecha-nisms and enhance the evaluation of policy implementation effects. This will promote the simultaneous enhancement of the scale and quality of international education and facilitate the internationalization of higher education in Chi-na.
