摘要
学生资助档案是学生资助工作的重要依据和衡量标准,它的建设与管理是学生资助工作规范化和管理水平的重要体现.然而,在实际工作中,学生资助档案管理工作在档案存储、规范设定、数据管理等方面存在诸多问题.因此,需要建立统一的档案管理政策、规范数据录入及存储形式、利用信息化手段推动学生资助档案管理精细化,以提高学生资助的运行效率、减少管理成本,保障合理、公平、透明的分配资助资源.
Abstract
Student financial aid records are essential for guiding and assessing student financial aid programs.The construction and management of these records are crucial for standardizing student financial aid work and im-proving its management.However,in practice,there are numerous issues concerning the management of student fi-nancial aid records,particularly in areas such as record storage,standardization,and data management.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a unified record management policy,standardize data input and storage methods,and le-verage information technology to enhance the precision of managing student financial aid records.This,in turn,will increase the operational efficiency of student financial aid programs,reduce management costs,and ensure the plausible,fair and transparent allocation of aid resources.
