煤矿单轨吊智能监测系统研究

随着单轨吊机车在煤矿中逐步推广应用,煤矿生产效率大大提高的同时,对设备安全也提出了更高的要求.针对单轨吊设备在煤矿井下工作时会出现驾驶员疲劳、误操作以及信息获取不及时的问题,设计了煤矿单轨吊智能监测系统,通过人脸识别分析技术对驾驶员行为状态进行监测,运用多传感器融合和图像识别技术检查单轨吊运行轨道及参数,利用惯性导航结合里程计数技术对煤矿单轨吊进行全局定位,并通过搭建的通信环网确保信息实时有效传输.结果表明,该系统可对煤矿单轨吊驾驶员行为状态及运行参数进行实时采集、监测及预警,全面监测煤矿单轨吊运行状态,有效地降低煤矿单轨吊故障发生率.
On Intelligent Monitoring System for Monorail Crane in Coal Mines
With the gradual promotion and application of monorail cranes in coal mines,while greatly improving the production efficiency of coal mines,higher requirements for equipment safety have also been proposed.In view of the problems of driver fatigue,misoperation,and untimely information acquisition of monorail crane equipment working underground in coal mines,an intelligent monitoring system for mono-rail cranes in coal mines is designed.This system monitors the behavior status of drivers through face rec-ognition analysis technology,checks the operating track and parameters of monorail cranes using multi-sensor fusion and image recognition technology,achieves global positioning of monorail cranes in coal mines through inertial navigation combined with odometer technology,and ensures real-time and effective transmission of information through the built communication network.The results show that the system can realize real-time collection,monitoring,and warning of the behavior status and operating parameters of monorail crane drivers in coal mines,comprehensively monitor the operation status of monorail cranes in coal mines,and effectively reduce the occurrence rate of failures of monorail cranes in coal mines.
