On the Effective Connection Path between Consolidating and Expanding the Achievements of Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization
Consolidating and expanding the achievements of Poverty Alleviation and effectively connecting with Rural Revitalization is an important strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee to solve the Agricultural,Rural and Farmers'Issues.As a major agricultural province,Anhui Province has achieved certain results in con-solidating and expanding the achievements of Poverty Alleviation and effectively connecting with Rural Revitalization through the establishment of an effective leadership system and policy system,the improvement of dynamic monito-ring and assistance mechanisms for preventing poverty return,and the implementation of the Five Improvements ac-tivities.However,at present,there are still problems such as insufficient carrying capacity of rural industrial struc-ture,weak infrastructure in some areas,population loss and aging that constrain rural economic development.To further promote the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of Poverty Allevia-tion and Rural Revitalization,measures should be taken to achieve people's aspirations for a better life,including continuously optimizing industrial structure,comprehensively improving the completeness of rural infrastructure,optimizing business environment,and improving diversified investment mechanisms.
