Innovative Strategies for Grass-root Social Governance from the Perspective of Publicity
Innovation in grass-root social governance is an inevitable requirement for achieving modernization of the national governance system and capacity.In recent years,grass-root governments have actively promoted innovation in social governance and achieved significant results.At the same time,governance innovation also faces challenges such as insufficient leading roles of the Party building,imperfect incentive mechanisms,insufficient en-dogenous motivation for innovation,and the lack of social cohesion.In order to better meet the needs of the public and enhance public interests,governments need to further promote the development of governance innovation,strengthen the leading of the Party building to ensure the correct direction,improve innovation mechanisms to create a favorable environment,stimulate endogenous motivation to achieve independent growth of innovation,and create a community of grass-root social governance to open up innovative situations.
