摘要
社区团购供应链直接决定着消费者所获得产品的质量与稳定性.在实践中,不仅供应链源头的生鲜农产品质量标准难以把控,而且在仓储配送环节、信息传递及团长服务等方面也存在着风险,影响了生鲜农产品供给的实效性与稳定性,进而影响消费者对社区团购生鲜农产品的满意度.为了增强社区团购生鲜农产品供应链的抗风险能力,切实满足市场和消费者需求,应从提高生鲜农产品标准化水平、科学规划仓储配送环节、积极构建信息共享系统,以及加强团长审核培训激励机制等方面,推动社区团购业态持续健康发展.
Abstract
The supply chain for community group-purchase directly determines the quality and stability of the products obtained by consumers.In practice,it is difficult to control the quality standards of fresh agricultural prod-ucts at the source of the supply chain,and there are also risks in warehousing and distribution,information trans-mission,and team-leader services,which affect the effectiveness and stability of supply and ultimately affect con-sumer satisfaction.In order to enhance the risk resistance of the supply chain for fresh agricultural products of com-munity group-purchase and effectively meet market and consumer needs,it is necessary to improve the standardi-zation level of fresh agricultural products,scientifically plan warehousing and distribution,actively build an infor-mation sharing system,and strengthen the training and incentive mechanism for group-leaders so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the community group-purchase industry.
