中文摘要："讲好新时代中国故事"是新时代高校思政课教学的内在要求和应有之义.首先,以新时代中国故事为文本,拓宽思政课话语内容;以新时代中国故事为载体,丰富思政课话语表达,从而实现内容与形式的深度融合,重塑思政课话语体系.其次,思政课"讲好新时代中国故事",能够通过情感激发,实现价值认同;通过价值塑造,实现情感共鸣,达成情感与价值的有效衔接,增强大学生的文化自信.最后,思政课"讲好新时代中国故事",能够以事载道,发挥价值塑造功能;以理化人,解决培养人的问题,以叙事与说理的有机结合,实现思政课的启智润心.综合运用这三重进路,能有效地提升高校思政课的教学实效性,实现立德树人的根本任务.

外文摘要：Telling China's stories in the new era is an inherent requirement and necessary meaning in ideolog-ical and political education in universities in the new era.Firstly,China's stories in the new era can be the texts to broaden the discourse content of ideological and political curriculums,and be the carriers to enrich the expression of ideological and political curriculum discourse,thereby achieving a deep integration of content and form,and re-shaping the discourse system of ideological and political courses.Secondly,ideological and political curriculums telling China's stories in the new era well can stimulate emotions and achieve value recognition.By shaping val-ues,emotional resonance can be achieved,achieving effective connection between emotions and values,and en-hancing the cultural confidence of college students.Finally,ideological and political curriculums telling China's stories in the new era well can guide the way through events and play a role in shaping values.By rationalizing peo-ple,solving the problem of cultivating talents,and combining narrative and reasoning organically,the enlighten-ment and nourishment of ideological and political curriculums can be achieved.The comprehensive application of these three approaches can effectively enhance the teaching effectiveness and achieve the fundamental task of estab-lishing morality and cultivating talents in universities.
