摘要
办学特色是高校服务国家重大战略和地方经济发展的坚实基础,是高等教育实现内涵式高质量发展的重要抓手,也是新一轮审核评估中高校分类管理考核的关键指标.地方高校办学特色可以分为聚焦特色科研、凝练特色学科、厚植地方文化等不同类型.通过明确办学定位和办学理念、打造一流特色学科、深化育人模式改革、发挥本土文化优势等措施,地方高校可以增强办学特色的内驱动力,在建设教育强国的生动实践中展现高等教育的使命担当.
Abstract
School-running characteristics are the solid foundation for universities to serve national major strategies and local economic development,an important gripper for universities to achieve connotative and high-quality development,and a key indicator for the new round of review and evaluation over assessment of classified management in universities.The school-running characteristics of local universities can be divided into different types,such as focusing on characteristic scientific research,condensing characteristic disciplines,and cultivating local culture.By clarifying the positioning and philosophy of education,creating first-class characteristic disci-plines,deepening the reform of education models,and leveraging local cultural advantages,local universities can enhance the internal driving force of school-running characteristics,and demonstrate the mission and responsibili-ty of higher education in the vivid practice of construction of a powerful country in education.
