摘要
教师培训是提升教师素质的重要途径.2010 年,我国开启了大规模培训模式,成效显著.但大规模培训模式也存在规模大而精准性不足的问题.面对大规模培训模式的不足,教师精准培训提上日程并逐步深化与实施,积累了多方面的经验.面向未来的中国教师精准培训,需要从政策标准引领、统筹协调,强化师德建设,按需施训、凸显个性化,"数字化技术+实践培训"式混合研修,建立培训学分银行,构建动态跟踪评估体系等方面来实施,从而强基固本实现教师专业成长,为我国教育现代化快速发展提供坚实支撑.
Abstract
Professional training is an important way to improve the quality and ability of teachers.In 2010,China launched a large-scale training model which achieved significant results,but it had the problem of insuffi-cient precision due to its large scale.Faced with shortcomings,accurate training for teachers has been put on the a-genda and gradually deepened and implemented,gaining a lot of experience.The accurate training for Chinese teachers for the future needs to be implemented from various aspects,including policy standard guidance,overall coordination,strengthening teacher ethics construction,on-demand training,highlighting personalization,mixed training of digital technology with practical training,establishing the training credit bank,establishing a dynamic tracking and evaluation system,etc.,in order to strengthen the foundation and achieve the professional growth of teachers,and provide solid support for the rapid development of China's education modernization.
