Whole Process-Integration-Coordination——Innovative Practice Research on the U-G-S Collaborative Training Model for Master of Education
Master of Education is an important target for pre-service teacher training and an important source of high-quality research-oriented teaching staff.The U-G-S collaborative training for Master of Education is not only the main direction of China's teaching team building policy,but also the practical need for training excellent Master of Education.Taking Master of Education at University J as the research sample and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,this article clarifies the interactive relationships and interest demands among various stake-holders in the U-G-S collaborative training model,forms the operational procedures of the model,and carries out practice based on the steps of planning,action,observation and reflection.It is shown that the U-G-S collaborative training model has achieved significant results in various aspects such as mentor team building,talent quality im-provement,and research output.
