教育家精神是新时代高质量教师队伍建设的价值引领,也是服务教育强国建设的重要精神支柱.新时代教育家精神在理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个维度具有丰富的内涵.培育师范生教育家精神对地方师范院校培育卓越教师、建设一流本科专业、提升教育水平具有重要意义.为推进"双万计划"的落实,师范生教育家精神的培育,需精准锚定目标定位、深化课程教材革新、增强实践教学能力、培育校园文化土壤、打造一流师资队伍及筑牢质量保障体系.
Abstract
Educationist Spirit is the value guidance for the construction of high-quality teaching teams in the new era,and it is also an important spiritual pillar for serving the construction of a strong education nation.In the new era,it has rich connotations in six dimensions of ideal beliefs,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,cultiva-tion attitude,benevolence,and pursuit of spreading the Tao.Cultivating Educationist Spirit among pedagogical students is of great significance for local normal universities to cultivate outstanding teachers,build first-class un-dergraduate majors,and enhance the level of education.To promote the implementation of the Double Ten-thou-sand Plan and cultivate Educationist Spirit,it is necessary to accurately anchor target positioning,deepen curricu-lum and textbook innovation,enhance practical teaching ability,cultivate campus cultural foundation,build a first-class teaching team,and establish a solid system with quality assurance.
