摘要
新时代背景下网络思想政治教育话语的建构,是巩固主流意识形态阵地的应有之义,是顺应信息革命时代潮流的发展之要,是加快推进网络强国建设的必然之策.当前,受西方话语霸权冲击、网络"圈层化"现象以及传播格局转变的影响,网络思想政治教育话语主体地位遭受威胁、话语内容面临失调、话语表达陷入去中心化的困境.对此,必须突破西方话语藩篱,避免"信息茧房"效应,营造良好的网络空间,从而提高网络思想政治教育话语的引导力、传播力、凝聚力.
Abstract
Constructing network ideological and political education discourse in the new era is essential for consolidating the mainstream ideological position,adapting to the trend of the information revolution,and accelera-ting the construction of a strong network nation.Currently,under the impact of western discourse hegemony,the phenomenon of network stratification,and the transformation of communication patterns,the dominant position of network ideological and political education discourse is threatened,the content of discourse is facing imbalance,and discourse expression is trapped in a decentralized dilemma.To this end,it is necessary to break through the barriers of western discourse,avoid the information cocoon effect,create a good online space,and thus enhance the guidance,dissemination,and cohesion of ideological and political education discourse.
