原料是制备高质量陶瓷的基础,原料颗粒度和均匀性是制备高品质陶瓷的约束条件之一.采用原料预球磨的方法有效地降低了原料的颗粒度,对比研究了预球磨前后原料颗粒度对混合粉体形貌和陶瓷样品压电性能的影响.结果表明,预球磨处理的原料混合物粉体的颗粒度比未经处理的原料混合物料体的颗粒度更小、分散更均匀,进而将所制备的(K0.45Na0.55)0.98Li0.02Nb0.76Ta0.18Sb0.06O3陶瓷的压电常数d33的最大值从345 pC/N提高到了 393 pC/N.
Effect of Raw-material Granularity on Piezoelectric Properties of(K,Na)NbO3 Based Ceramics
Raw materials are the foundation for preparing high-quality ceramics,and their particle size and uniformity is a part of the constraints for preparation.This article uses the method of pre-ball-milling of raw materials to effectively reduce particle size,and compares the effects before and after pre-ball-mill-ing on the morphology of mixed powders and the piezoelectric properties of ceramic samples.The results show that the particle size of the pre-ball-milling raw material mixture powder is smaller and more evenly dispersed than that of the untreated mixture.And thus the maximum piezoelectric constant d33 of the(K0.45 Na0.55)0.98Li0.02Nb0.76Ta0.18Sb0.06O3 ceramics is increased from 345 pC/N to 393 pC/N.
