高速电光调制器偏置点稳定控制技术研究

围绕高速电光调制器调制性能不稳定问题,基于调制器的电光调制及反馈调制特点,提出了一种基于导频法的高速电光调制器偏置点稳定控制器技术.该技术能够将高速电光调制器稳定调制保持在32 h以上,极大地保证了微波射频信号调制的保真度.同时,该偏置点稳定控制器具有结构简单,成本低和稳定性高等优势,确保了高速电光调制器在复杂工况下射频信号的稳定加载.
On Stability Control Technology of Bias Point of High-speed Electro-optic Modulators
Based on the characteristics of electro-optic and feedback modulations of high-speed electro-optic modulators,this paper proposes a bias point stability control technology based on pilot method to ad-dress the issue of unstable modulation performance.The technology can maintain stable modulation of high-speed electro-optic modulators for more than 32 hours,greatly ensuring the fidelity of microwave ra-dio frequency signal modulation.Meanwhile,the controller has obvious advantages such as simple struc-ture,low cost and high stability,ensuring stable loading of radio frequency signals for high-speed electro-optic modulators under complex operating conditions.
