当前多功能方向盘应用越来越普遍,为保证多功能方向盘按键在装配到整车上之后能够正常使用,需要在出厂前进行检测,因此需要设计和制作满足检测要求的检测系统.创新性地提出了 一种用于检测多功能方向盘的电阻信号按键和LIN信号按键的硬件和软件设计方案,并根据设计方案制作了检测系统实物,能够针对多功能方向盘上的电阻信号按键及LIN信号按键进行检测,并支持多种型号的方向盘检测,最后通过实验验证了该方案具有较强的实用价值.
Design of Multi-functional Steering Wheel Button Detection System for Automobile Based on STM32
Currently,the application of multifunctional steering wheels is becoming increasingly com-mon.To ensure the normal use of the multifunctional steering wheel buttons,it is necessary to conduct testing before leaving the factory.Therefore,it is necessary to design and manufacture a testing system that meets the requirements.This article innovatively proposes a hardware and software design scheme for detecting the resistance signal button and LIN signal button of a multifunctional steering wheel.A physical detection system is made to detect the resistance signal button and LIN signal button,and support multiple types of steering wheel detection.The experiment verifies that this scheme has strong practical value.
