Analysis of Land Use Change and Ecological Environment in Hefei Municipality Based on GIS
In order to provide scientific basis for the improvement of the ecological environment in Hefei Municipality,three periods of data in 2000,2010 and 2020 are used to analyze land use changes based on transfer matrix,regional ecological environment quality index,etc.The results show that,in the past 20 years,cultivated land area has consistently accounted for more than 68％of the total area,water area has increased by 8.99％,wetlands have decreased,and artificial surface area has increased.The over-all ecological environment quality index shows an upward trend,indicating that the government's imple-mentation of policies such as returning farmland to forestry to improve the ecological environment has a-chieved good results.However,in some areas,there are ecological problems caused by grassland loss.
