Efficiency Measurement and Spatiotemporal Evolution Analysis of Environmental Governance——A Case Study of Shandong Province
In order to further optimize the level of environmental governance and implement the re-quirements of building a beautiful Shandong, this article selects panel data from 16 municipalities in Shan-dong from 2013 to 2022,and uses an improved entropy method to construct an environmental governance characteristic index as an input-output variable.Empirical research on environmental governance efficien-cy is conducted from two perspectives of static(Super SBM model)and dynamic(Malmquist index mod-el).Based on this,MATLAB and ArcGIS technologies are used to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of the evaluation results,in order to more intuitively analyze the current situation of environmental govern-ance.The results show that the environmental governance efficiency in the coastal areas of eastern Shan-dong is relatively high, followed by the southwestern and central regions of Shandong, while the north-western region is relatively backward. The total factor productivity of environmental governance in Shan-dong is showing an overall upward trend, mainly influenced by technological progress. To achieve break-throughs in environmental governance efficiency,it is necessary to further leverage technological progress and technological efficiency advantages.
