摘要
"阅读疗法"对读者身心疾病具有辅助治疗功能,在高校开展阅读疗法有助于师生身心健康,有利于"健康中国"策略的实施.目前,师范类高校阅读疗法服务存在阅读疗法理念宣传推广力度不足、相关人员业务水平不高、阅读疗法服务流程研究不足及实践服务流程不够规范等问题,严重制约了阅读疗法的高效开展.因此,依据阅读疗法服务的理论体系,优化其服务策略,开展适合在师范类高校图书馆的阅读疗法服务,对于师范院校师生身心健康及健康中国策略的实施具重要意义.
Abstract
Reading Therapy has an auxiliary therapeutic function for readers'physical and mental illnesses.The implementation of Reading Therapy in college and universities is helpful for the physical and mental health of teachers and students,and is conducive to the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.At present,there are problems with the promotion of therapy concepts,low professional level of relevant staff,insufficient research on service processes,and lack of standardized practice in normal schools,which seriously restricts the effectiveness of Reading Therapy services.Therefore,based on the theoretical system of therapy,optimizing service strategies and carrying out Reading Therapy services that are suitable for normal university libraries are of great significance for the physical and mental health of teachers and students,and the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.
