The service model of public libraries has undergone a transformation from building model,data model to spatial model.The current service model has problems such as low level of resource intelligence,insuffi-cient depth and breadth of digital intelligence services,insufficient diversification of organizational models,and po-tential data security risks.In the perspective of digital intelligence empowerment,public libraries should establish a user-centered service concept,promote the reconstruction of library functions and values,continuously deepen digital intelligence empowerment,and create a public cultural service system that is jointly built and shared by mul-tiple subjects.
