基于迭代思维的高校图书馆新生入馆教育研究

为应对高校图书馆新生入馆教育存在的系统性缺失、教育方式单一以及难以满足学生个性化需求等问题,将迭代思维引入新生入馆教育,设计线上教育、线下讲座、现场参观体验、信息素养提升四个迭代周期,构建迭代式新生入馆教育模式,梳理出迭代式新生入馆教育具有周期性、交互性和时效性的特征.该模式在山东政法学院图书馆开展实践并进行实施效果分析,结果显示新生对该模式的接受程度和满意度较高,有效提升了图书馆资源利用率,展现出服务全面、高效推进、逐层深入的教育成效.
The Entry Education for Freshmen in University Libraries Based on Iterative Thinking
In order to deal with the systematic deficiencies,single educational method and difficulties in meet-ing personalized needs of students in the entry education for freshmen in university libraries,this paper introduces iterative thinking and designs four iterative cycles of online education,offline lectures,on-site visit experience and information literacy improvement to construct an entry education model,and then sorts out the characteristics of periodicity,interactivity,and timeliness.This model has been implemented and analyzed for its effectiveness in the Library of Shandong University of Political Science and Law.The results show that freshmen have a high level of ac-ceptance and satisfaction with this model,the utilization rate of library resources has been effectively improved and the comprehensive,efficient and in-depth education effects of the service have been demonstrated.
