摘要

对中国式现代化本质、特征和路径的全面、深入认识是推动民族地区开展以"要素澄清、结构适切、功能明确"为关键表征的高质量推广普及国家通用语言文字工作的根本动因.当前,以支撑民族地区高质量发展中坚力量——青壮年劳动力为主要对象的社会语言教育在内容、方法、管理模式等方面存在明显的不足.因此,需从明晰教育目的、拓展教育面向、重塑教育生态三方面改进实践,以高质量的教育成果回应中国式现代化进程中关切民生发展的新议题.

Abstract

A comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the nature,characteristics and path of Chinese-style modernization is the fundamental motivation for promoting high-quality popularization of the State Common Language and Script(SCL)in ethnic ar-eas,with"clarification of the elements,appropriateness of the structure,and clarity of the functions"as the key characteristics.At present,there are obvious deficiencies in the content,methods and management modes of sociolinguistic education,which mainly tar-gets the young and middle-aged labor force,the backbone of high-quality development in ethnic areas.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the practice in three aspects:clarifying the purpose of education,expanding the orientation of education,and reshaping the ecology of education,so that high-quality educational achievements can respond to the new issues of concern for people's livelihood and development in the process of Chinese-style modernization.
