超越内外:清代藏羌彝走廊藏人旌表刍议

摘要
随着清代旌表对象的扩大,藏人亦被纳入旌表体系.清朝推进藏羌彝走廊地带内地化的进程,既有行政直接化的努力,又有凭借土司完成中央权力渗透的目的.以旌表为代表的文化权力随国家力量进入藏羌彝走廊,展现了历史进程下旌表对于藏人的政治意义.多民族交错地带的旌表行为展现出新的文化图景,中央与地方的动态互动推动了边地多元文化的联结与融通,共同塑造了边地社会的多元一体格局.藏人旌表个案的发生是族群分野下旌表对地方治理的现实关怀,体现了边缘地带社会治理对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的现实意义.
Abstract
With the expansion of commendation targets during the Qing Dynasty,Tibetans were also included in the commenda-tion system.The Qing Dynasty's efforts to integrate the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor into the Chinese mainland involved both direct administrative actions and the use of local chieftains(tusi)to extend central authority.The cultural power represented by commenda-tions accompanied the state's influence into the corridor,highlighting the political significance of commendations for Tibetans within the historical context.The commendation activities in this multi-ethnic region revealed a new cultural landscape,where dynamic in-teractions between the central government and local areas fostered the integration and communication of diverse cultures,shaping a pluralistic unity in borderland society.The cases of Tibetan commendations reflect the practical concerns of governance under ethnic distinctions and underscore the importance of borderland governance in strengthening the consciousness of community for the Chi-nese nation.
