摘要
民族地区发展可为乡村学校教育高质量发展提供物质基础,乡村学校教育高质量发展可为民族地区可持续发展提供人力资本.在中国式现代化推进过程中,乡村学校教育高质量发展是乡村全面振兴的重要支撑,更是提高乡村人口素质的有力抓手.乡村振兴背景下乡村学校教育高质量发展要聚焦学生发展,要实现家庭、学校、社会以及县域内的教育合力与政策支持.近年来,宁夏乡村学校教育高质量发展逐步推进,但在办学条件、教师队伍结构、家庭教育以及学生习惯养成等方面依然存在诸多问题.为纾解乡村学校教育高质量发展困境,就要围绕乡村学校振兴计划、完善乡村教师支持计划、构筑家校社协同育人体系、制定乡村学校学生发展标准等方面来探索政策支持路径.
Abstract
The development of ethnic minority regions can provide a material foundation for the high-quality development of ru-ral school education,while high-quality rural education can supply human capital essential for the sustainable development of these regions.In the process of advancing Chinese-style modernization,the high-quality development of rural education is a critical support for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and a powerful tool for improving the quality of the rural population.Under the background of rural revitalization,the focus of high-quality rural education development should be on student growth and achieving collaborative educational efforts and policy support among families,schools,society,and county-level administrations.In recent years,the high-quality development of rural education in Ningxia has progressed gradually,but issues remain in areas such as school conditions,teacher workforce structure,family education,and student habit formation.To address the challenges of high-quality rural education development,it is necessary to explore policy support paths centered around rural school revitalization plans,the enhance-ment of rural teacher support programs,the establishment of a collaborative education system involving families,schools,and society,and the formulation of development standards for rural school students.
