Application of contradiction analysis principle to chemical reaction engineering
In order to foster students'correct values and enhance their engineering thinking abilities, the principle of contradiction analysis in materialist dialectics was applied to the field of chemical reaction engineering, with a view to establishing an engineering philosophical mindset that comprehends and grasps the subject's underlying logic from a holistic and foundational perspective, thereby bridging disciplinary knowledge. To start with, based on the principle of particularity of contradiction, the distinction between this discipline and others was explored holistically in terms of research objects and methods;additionally, the numerous contradictions involved in this discipline were organized in order by utilizing the principle of the relationship between primary and secondary contradictions;then,by considering the varying positions and characteristics of each aspect of contradiction throughout the process of development, specific phenomena within this discipline were analyzed, highlighting the methodological significance of this principle;fourth,by combining the universality and particularity of contradiction, basic ideas were clearly presented on how to effectively address the primary engineering challenges faced by this discipline, including the selection of reactor equipment types and operational modes;finally, the main features of this discipline distinctive from others were explored, starting from the interconnectedness of all aspects of contradiction and the overall limitation and restriction imposed by contradiction on all aspects.
