Study on teaching of"English Calligraphy Art"as a university public art course-A case study of integrating integrity culture into English calligraphy teaching
Based on the background of the curriculum construction of"integrity culture into the classroom",it is an important mission of integrity education in colleges and universities to carry out integrity and ideological and political education and cultivate students who advocate integrity and are strict in self-cultivation.Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey,exploration of instructional design,and summary and reflection of practical experience,the specific strategies were studied on integrating the ideological and political content of integrity culture in the curriculum design and teaching practice of"English Calligraphy Art"as a public elective course of art education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of art design,the study and teaching of integrity English as the carrier of calligraphy art expression can help college students learn English,practice calligraphy and develop new artistic skills.Through learning of the course,the students have significantly improved the aesthetics of English calligraphy art.Calligraphy is a typical communication method of cultural value combining hand,heart and brain.With the help of calligraphy training and heart cultivation,students'awareness of integrity and ideological and political thinking is imperceptibly enhanced,which has reference significance for the curriculum construction of integrity culture into the classroom in the new era.
