新职业的产生与劳动分工细化密不可分,是经济社会发展、产业结构调整的必然结果.近年来,随着信息化向实体经济的渗透及服务业的升级,新职业不断涌现.新职业的出现增加了就业创业机会,激发了经济活力,起到了稳增长、稳就业的作用,但也出现了用工不规范、劳动者权益保障不完善等问题.新职业的良性发展,需加快职业认定、完善政策保障、制定职业标准、注重培养职业人才.
Characteristics,existing problems and countermeasures of new occupations in China
The emergence of new occupations is closely related to the fine division of labor,which is the inevitable result of economic and social development and industrial structure adjustment.In recent years,with the infiltration of informatization into the real economy and the upgrading of the service industry,new occupations have been emerging.The emergence of new occupations has increased employment opportunities,stimulated economic vitality,and played a role in stabilizing growth and employment,but there are also problems such as irregular employment and imperfect protection of laborers'rights and interests.The healthy development of new occupations calls for efforts to speed up the professional accredition,improve the policy guarantee,formulate the professional standards and attach importance to the training of professional talents.
