党的二十大报告指出,加快建设农业强国,扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴.2024年中央一号文件明确提出,要实施乡村振兴人才支持计划,壮大乡村人才队伍.人才振兴是乡村振兴的战略基础,倡导大学生返乡创新创业,不仅为乡村振兴提供人才需求保障,而且也是服务乡村振兴战略的重要途径和有效方式.作为创新驱动的新质生产力,推动全面乡村振兴的重要力量,大学生积极投身乡村创新创业活动,在促进农业现代化,带动农民走向富裕过程中提升自己的人生价值具有积极意义.本研究从耦合视角,运用SWOT(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,优势、劣势、外部机会和威胁)分析法,围绕内外部竞争环境和竞争条件对大学生创新创业态势展开分析,从政府、高校、企业和大学生个人层面探索新发展理念下大学生创新创业和乡村振兴之间的耦合协同和相互促进机制,具有理论研究和实践指导作用.
Exploration on coupling development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship and rural revitalization based on SWOT analysis
According to the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC,it's essential to accelerate the construction of an agricultural powerhouse and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.In the No.1 document from the central government for 2024,it is explicitly stated to implement the talent support plan and expand the rural talent team for rural revitalization.As talent revitalization is the strategic basis of rural revitalization,college students are encouraged to return to their hometown for innovation and entrepreneurship,which not only provides talent demand guarantee for rural revitalization,but also serves as an important and effective way for the rural revitalization strategy.As an innovation-driven new quality productivity and an important force to push forward rural revitalization comprehensively,college students are obliged to actively participate in rural innovation and entrepreneurship activities,which has a positive significance to enhance their life values in the process of promoting agricultural modernization and leading peasants to affluence.From the coupling perspective,the SWOT(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat)analysis method was applied to analyze the trend of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship centering on the internal and external competitive environment and conditions,and explore the coupling coordination and mutual promotion mechanism between college students'innovation and entrepreneurship and rural revitalization.
