Comparative analysis of the application of Endobutton loop plate and clavicular hook plate internal fixation in patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation
Objective To compare the application effect of Endobutton loop plate and clavicular hook plate(CHP)in patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation(AJD).Methods 90 AJD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received CHP internal fixation treatment,while the observation group received Endobutton loop steel plate internal fixation.The surgical time,bleeding volume,hospitalization time,ASES score,and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results In the comparison of surgical time,bleeding volume,and hospitalization time,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after surgery,the comparison of ASES scores and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with CHP internal fixation,Endobutton loop plate can effectively improve shoulder joint function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and has clinical promotion value for AJD patients.
