摘要
目的 探讨蹄铁形肛周脓肿挂线术后换线对创面愈合的影响.方法 将90例蹄铁形肛周脓肿患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组30例.肛周脓肿6点位主切口挂紧橡皮筋,对口引流线,A组用橡皮条,7 天后改为 10 股 7 号丝线;B组采用橡皮条;C组采用 10 股 7 号丝线.比较三组患者术后疼痛、术后渗液情况、创面愈合时间、治愈率.结果 术后疼痛、治愈率方面三组比较,P>0.05.术后渗液评分:术后3天、术后7天A组与B组比较,P>0.05,A组与C组、B组与C组比较,P<0.05;术后10天、术后15天A组与B组、A组与C组比较,P<0.05;B组与C组比较,P>0.05.创面愈合时间:A组与B组、A组与C组比较,P<0.05;B组与C组比较,P>0.05.结论 蹄铁形肛周脓肿挂线术后换线可使创面引流通畅,加速创面愈合时间.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hang cable and change cable method in horseshoe perianal abscess surgery on wound healing.Methods Ninety patients with horseshoe perianal abscess were randomly divided into A group,B group,and C group,30 cases in each group.A rubber band was hung at 6-point position the main incision of perianal abscess.As for the opposite drainage line,group A used a rubber strip,which was changed to ten strands of No.7 silk seven days later,group B used rubber strips,group C used ten strands of No.7 silk.Postoperative pain,oozing fluid,wound healing time,and healing rate were compared among the three groups.Results In terms of postoperative pain and healing rate,there were no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Tn terms of postoperative oozing fluid scores,3 d and 7 d after surgery there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05),there was significant difference between group A and group C,group B and group C(P<0.05);there were significant difference between group A and group B,group A and group C 10 d and 15 d after surgery(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).In terms of wound healing time,there were significant difference between group A and B,group A and group C(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Postoperative wire change in horseshoe perianal abscess thread-ligating therapy can make the wound drainage smooth and accelerate wound healing time.
