奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的疗效

摘要
目的 探讨奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞(RALOX)治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的中晚期原发性肝癌患者 80 例,根据其治疗方案不同分为两组,每组 40 例.对照组采用FOLFOX4 方案进行化疗,观察组采用RALOX方案化疗.首次治疗 6 周进行第 1 次疗效评价,以后每完成两次化疗后进行1次疗效评价,观察比较两组患者肿瘤疾病控制率、不良事件发生率以及生存质量等.结果 两组患者肿瘤疾病控制率比较,P<0.05;不良事件发生率比较,P<0.05;生存质量比较,P<0.05.结论 奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞方案化疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌近期疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,且可明显改善患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with raltitrexed(RALOX)in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced primary liver cancer treated in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups according to their treatment regimen,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received the conventional FOLFOX4 regimen,and patients in the observation group received RALOX chemotherapy.The first efficacy evaluation was performed 6 weeks after the first treatment,and then once every 2 chemotherapy sessions.The control rate of tumor disease,incidence of adverse events and quality of life were analyzed and compared.Results The tumor remission rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared with P<0.05.The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with raltitrexed chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer has significant short-term efficacy,low incidence of adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
