摘要
目的 探讨海特光理疗局部照射在过敏性鼻炎急性发作期患者中的应用效果及其对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)以及嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响.方法 选取我院收治的过敏性鼻炎急性发作期患者 80 例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组 40 例.两组均常规给予枸地氯雷他定片口服,对照组给予曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂外用,观察组联合海特光理疗局部照射.对比两组患者鼻部症状缓解效果、炎症免疫状态(EOS、ECP及IgE水平)、愈后复发情况.结果 干预后两组患者鼻塞、喷嚏、清涕、鼻痒评分水平均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后EOS、ECP水平及IgE水平均较干预前下降,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月及干预半年后观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05),干预 1 年后两组复发率比较,P>0.05.结论 曲安奈德外用喷鼻联合海特光理疗局部照射能有效改善过敏性鼻炎急性发作期患者鼻炎症状,缓解患者鼻部炎症反应,减少EOS、ECP水平及IgE释放,降低过敏反应与炎症反应水平,并在一定程度上减少复发.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Hite light local irradiation therapy in the treatment of acute episode allergic rhinitis and its influence on serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),eosinophilic granulocyte(EOS)and eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute episode allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.All patients were given orally desloratadine citrate tablets,the control group was given triamcinolone nasal spray,and the observation group were combined with Hite light local irradiation therapy.The nasal symptoms relief degree,inflammatory immune status(EOS,ECP and IgE levels),and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of nasal symptoms,such as nasal congestion,sneezing,nasal clearing and nasal itch,were lower than those before intervention in the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the EOS,ECP and IgE levels were decreased than those before intervention in the two groups(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 3 months and 6 months after intervention(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups at 1 year after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone nasal spray combined with Hite light local irradiation therapy can effectively improve rhinitis symptoms in patients with acute episode allergic rhinitis,relieve nasal inflammation,reduce EOS,ECP levels and IgE release,reduce allergic reaction and inflammation levels,and reduce recurrence rate.
