Study on the Synergistic Effect of Steel Slag-Fly Ash-Desulfurized Gypsum
The synergistic gelling effect of fly ash, steel slag and desulphurized gypsum was studied using compressive strength as the main index.XRD and SEM were used to analyze the mineral composition and micromorphology of the composite gelling test block in order to clarify the synergistic mechanism. The results show that the synergistic effect of different gelling systems is ternary system>binary system>monadic system.XRD analysis shows that the ternary gel test block has more obvious diffraction peaks of silicoaluminate brine products and more ettringite diffraction peaks.SEM analysis showed that the ternary cementing block showed the interleaved growth of needle-shaped ettringite crystal and hydrated calcium silicate gel, forming a microscopic morphology of dense network structure.
