摘要

通过对 ASTM E283/E283M—19 及 GB/T 7106-2019 中规定的气密性能试验引入测量不确定度进行评估分析,并结合测试研究门窗系统气密性能试验结果在不同评价体系下的差异.结果显示:当引入测量不确定度后,空气密度校正因子被修正后的ASTM E283/E283M—19 气密性能试验方法的测量不确定度要小于GB/T 7106-2019 气密性能定级检测试验方法的测量不确定度,且 ASTM E283/E283M—19 对空气渗漏率的试验结果较 GB/T 7106-2019的要小.

Abstract

Through the evaluation and analysis of the measurement uncertainty introduced by the air tightness performance test stipulated in ASTM E283/E283M-19 and GB/T 7106-2019,combined with tests,the difference of the test results of the air tightness performance of the door and window system under different evaluation systems was studied.The results showed that:When the measurement uncertainty is introduced,the measurement uncertainty of ASTM E283/E283M-19 airtight performance test method with the corrected air density correction factor is less than the measurement uncertainty of GB/T 7106-2019 airtight performance grading test method.And the test results of ASTM E283/E283M-19 on air leakage rate are smaller than those of GB/T 7106-2019.
