Vibration Characteristic Analysis and Optimal Control of Inverted T-pipe
The tee pipeline is one of the most basic connecting units in the pipe network,and plays an indispensable role in the layout of the pipe network.In this paper,the model of inverted T shaped tee pipeline is established by using ANSYS Workbench large-scale software,and the vibration characteristics of inverted T-pipe are studied from multiple influencing factors,and finally the optimal control of vibration characteristics is proposed,which provides a useful reference for the reasonable design and vibration control of similar pipelines in the future.The results show that under the same conditions,the natural frequency of the double-inlet and single-outlet inverted T-tee pipe is slightly larger than that of the single-inlet and double-out,and the natural frequency of the inverted T type circular tee pipe is slightly larger than that of the square tee pipeline,and the pressure of different inlets and different pipe wall thicknesses have a certain influence on the natural frequency,which provides a reference for the later pipeline design.The vibration of the pipeline can be better controlled by increasing the constraints,which provides a basis for the restraint support of similar pipelines.
