绿色建筑市场决策模型与系统稳定性研究

以房地产开发企业、政府和购房人为主要利益群体,基于利益相关者理论,在已有文献基础上归纳影响各利益主体决策的关键影响因素,结合演化博弈理论,将三方利益主体视为博弈的核心,建立及绿色建筑市场相关利益主体的决策模型.通过模型求解对它们之间的行为及博弈关系进行稳定性分析,揭示了利益主体在不同情景下的策略选择.同时,利用MATLAB软件进行模型的路径实施和数值仿真,以探究不同变量对三方利益主体行为的影响,从而促进绿色建筑市场的发展.
Research on Decision-making Model and System Stability of Green Building Market
Taking real estate development enterprises,government and house buyers as the main interest groups,based on the stakeholder theory,the key factors affecting the decision-making of each interest body are summarized on the basis of the existing literature.Combined with the evolutionary game theory,the three-party interest body is regarded as the core of the game,and the decision-making model of the relevant interest body in the green building market is established.By solving the model,the stability analysis of the behavior and game relationship between them is carried out,and the strategic choice of the interest subject under different scenarios is revealed.At the same time,MATLAB software is used to carry out the path implementation and numerical simulation of the model,so as to explore the influence of different variables on the behavior of the three stakeholders,so as to promote the development of the green building market.
