基于响应面分析法的碱矿渣砂浆强度和收缩性能影响因素分析

研究了不同影响因素以及因素交互作用对碱矿渣砂浆的抗压强度和收缩性能的影响,通过设定膨胀剂掺量、减缩剂掺量、玄武岩纤维体积掺量等 3 个因素的不同水平,采用响应面分析法设计试验并建立抗压强度和干燥收缩的预测模型,并对优化结果进行试验验证.结果表明:模型失拟项不显著,试验数据与模型不相关程度不显著,模型可信,且试验的精确度和可信度高;3 个因素对抗压强度的影响敏感程度为:膨胀剂>玄武岩纤维>减缩剂;3 个因素对碱干燥收缩率的影响敏感程度为:减缩剂>膨胀剂>玄武岩纤维.对比模型最优化预测结果与验证试验结果发现,二者的抗压强度和干燥收缩率相对误差分别为2.2%和2.5%,说明使用响应面分析法进行理论分析获得的预测结果与碱矿渣砂浆的抗压强度和干燥收缩率实测结果相匹配.
Analysis of Influencing Factors on Strength and Shrinkage Performance of Alkali Slag Mortar Based on Response Surface Analysis
This paper studied the influence of different influencing factors and their interaction on the compressive strength and shrinkage performance of alkali slag mortar.By setting different levels of three factors,such as the content of expansion agent,the content of shrinkage agent and the volume content of basalt fiber,the response surface analysis method was used to design the test and establish the prediction model of compressive strength and drying shrinkage,and the optimization results were verified by experiments.The results show that:the model missing item is not significant,the degree of uncorrelation between the test data and the model is not significant,the model is credible,and the accuracy and reliability of the test are high.The sensitivity of three factors to compressive strength is as follows:expansion agent>basalt fiber>shrinkage agent.The sensitivity of three factors to the drying shrinkage of alkali is as follows:reducing agent>expanding agent>basalt fiber.The relative errors of compressive strength and dry shrinkage of the two models are 2.2%and 2.5%,respectively,which indicates that the predicted results obtained by the response surface analysis method are consistent with the measured results of compressive strength and dry shrinkage of alkali slag mortar.
