寒冷地区公共建筑节能性与经济性分析

以北京地区某垃圾转运站为例,运用DesignBuilder软件建立建筑能耗分析模型,通过广联达软件和EnergyPlus软件分别对寒冷地区公共建筑围护结构的经济性与节能性进行分析,研究了建筑外墙以及屋顶的最佳保温层材料与厚度,使得该建筑的全生命周期成本最低并具有最优节能效果.研究结果表明:与屋顶保温相比,外墙保温对建筑能耗影响较大;XPS保温板比EPS保温板、岩棉保温板的节能率高;XPS保温板总投入费用最低时保温层厚度为 0.14 m,从经济性与节能性考虑寒冷地区选用XPS板更适宜.
Energy Conservation and Economic Analysis of Public Buildings in Cold Areas
Taking a garbage transfer station in Beijing as an example,a building energy consumption analysis model was established using DesignBuilder software.The economy and energy efficiency of the public building envelope structure in cold regions were analyzed using Guanglianda software and EnergyPlus software,respectively.The optimal insulation material and thickness for the exterior walls and roof of the building were studied to minimize the full life cycle cost of the building and achieve the optimal energy-saving effect.The research results indicate that compared to roof insulation,exterior wall insulation has a greater impact on building energy consumption;XPS insulation board has a higher energy-saving rate than EPS insulation board and rock wool insulation board.When the total investment cost of XPS insulation board is the lowest,the insulation layer thickness is 0.14 m.From the perspective of economy and energy efficiency,XPS board is more suitable for cold regions.
