石灰石粉对RPC水化促进作用的研究

为了使石灰石粉能够在建筑领域得到更广泛的应用,试验研究了不同细度和不同掺量的石灰石粉对RPC拌合物工作性能及化学结合水量的影响.研究结果表明:石灰石粉能够加速RPC水化反应,且水化反应随着石灰石粉细度和掺量的增加而加快.经综合分析,应优选11 μm(1 250 目)的石灰石粉,且最佳掺量为 20%.
Study on the Promoting Effect of Limestone Powder on RPC Hydration
In order to promote the wider application of limestone powder in the construction field,the effects of different fineness and dosage of limestone powder on the workability and chemical binding water content of RPC mixtures were experimentally studied.The research results indicate that limestone powder can accelerate the RPC hydration reaction,and the hydration reaction accelerates with the increase of limestone powder fineness and dosage.After comprehensive analysis,11 μm(1250 mesh)limestone powder should be preferred,and the optimal dosage is 20%.
