冻融条件对环氧基透水面层的影响研究

摘要
为探究环氧基透水面层在冻融循环条件下性能的演变规律,以外观形态、质量损失和强度退化为评定指标,对环氧基透水面层进行冻融循环试验.试验结果表明:环氧基透水面层在经过 30 次冻融循环后,其质量损失率较小,在0.1%以内,远低于标准的性能要求;抗折强度损失率较大,而抗压强度损失率在 10.85%左右,低于标准要求的 20%.综合试验结果可知,环氧基透水面层具有优异的抗冻融性能.
Abstract
In order to explore the evolution law of the properties of epoxy permeable surface layer under the condition of freeze-thaw cycle,the appearance,quality loss and strength degradation were taken as evaluation indexes,and the freeze-thaw cycle test was carried out.The results indicate that the epoxy-based porous pavement layers showed a relatively low mass loss rate of less than 0.1%,which is far below the required performance standards,after 30 freeze-thaw cycles.The strength degradation rate of the layer was relatively high,but the loss rate of compressive strength was around 10.85%,which is lower than the specified requirement of 20%.Overall,the experiment results suggest that epoxy-based porous pavement layers exhibit better freeze-thaw resistance.
