干湿循环条件下复合石膏基胶凝材料耐水性能研究

通过试验研究硬石膏-磷建筑石膏复合胶凝材料在干湿循环条件下的耐水性能,分析了其耐水性能变化机理.研究表明:复合石膏基胶凝材料相比于磷建筑石膏更容易发生溶蚀,吸水率更高,复合石膏基胶凝材料水化周期相对较长,硬石膏的水化过程很大程度上影响了复合胶凝体系的水化过程.
Study on Water Resistance of Composite Gypsum Based Cementitious Materials under Dry Wet Cycle Conditions
This paper investigates the water resistance of the composite cementitious material of anhydrite and phosphogypsum under dry wet cycle conditions,and analyzes the change mechanism of its water resistance performance.Results has shown that composite gypsum based cementitious materials are more prone to dissolution and have a higher water absorption rate compared to phosphorus building gypsum.The hydration cycle of composite gypsum based cementitious materials is relatively longer.The hydration process of anhydrite greatly affects the hydration process of the composite cementing system.
