Study on the Effect of Water Reducing Agent and Air Entraining Agent on the Performance of Plasting Mortar
In order to study the influence of the content of water reducing agent and air entraining agent on the performance of wet mixed plastering mortar, the key performance indexes of mortar were analyzed through multiple sets of tests, and the conclusions were as follows:Compared with the control group without water reducing agent, the addition of appropriate water reducing agent significantly reduced the consistency loss,12 h bulk density,28 d water absorption and volume water loss, and increased the opening time and initial water content of the mortar.Further analysis of the drying shrinkage rate data, the optimal dosage of water reducing agent is determined to be 2.5%,which can achieve the best drying shrinkage control effect. The addition of air entraining agent changes the hydrophilic and water-retaining properties of mortar and effectively optimizes the drying shrinkage properties of mortar, but it will lead to the reduction of its mechanical properties. In engineering applications,it is necessary to balance the balance between drying shrinkage properties and mechanical properties and select the appropriate air entraining agent content.
