This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the performance of various cost control techniques in large-scale engineering projects by comparing four methods:traditional static cost control,BIM-based dynamic control,multi-stage control model,and BIM-based multi-stage dynamic cost control.The study reveals that the BIM-based multi-stage dynamic cost control method demonstrates significant advantages in cost savings,return on investment(ROI),and quality and risk management.
