Combined with the window manufacturing process,this paper analyzes the hollow pin,corner connector,special glue injection material,assembly and glue injection technology of the pin corner connector glue injection window.The bearing capacity of four groups of specimens was tested to obtain the deformation under different load conditions.The results show that this type of window has good bearing capacity and structural integrity under normal use conditions.
