摘要
"未来学校"在新加坡基础教育数字化转型过程中发挥着引领作用.新加坡"未来学校"在秉承人文主义和建构主义理念的基础上,通过推行服务国家数字教育战略和 21 世纪人才能力目标等"新目标"、构建利益相关者发展共同体"新社区"、打造ICT运行及交互沉浸式虚拟学习"新环境"、利用ICT创设教学"新模式"以及共享创新发展"新成果"等实践进路,取得了一系列高质量发展成果.新加坡的发展经验为我国当前正在加速推进的"未来学校"建设提供了有益启示:面向未来应该秉持公平包容、可持续发展等核心理念,聚心合力打造创新发展共同体,加快技术和教育的创新融合,以及探索形成具有中国特色的创新成果分享体系.
Abstract
Future Schools play an exemplary and leading role in the digital transformation of basic education in Singapore.Based on adhering to the concepts of humanism and constructivism,Singapore's Future Schools promote"new goals"such as effectively serving the national digital education strate-gies and advancing 21st century competencies goals,build"a new community"for all stakeholders,create"new environments"for ICT operation and in-teractive immersive virtual learning,create"new models"of teaching and learning by virtue of ICT,and share"new achievements"of innovative develop-ment.A series of high-quality development achievements have therefore been accomplished by far.Singapore's development experience provides useful in-spiration for the construction of Future Schools that is currently being accelerated in China.Facing the future,it is advocated to uphold the core concepts of fairness,inclusiveness,and sustainable development,cowork to build an innovative development community,accelerate the innovative integration of tech-nology and education,and explore the formation of an innovative achievement sharing system with Chinese characteristics.
