摘要

教育强国战略是中国共产党历经近半个世纪的探索,为实现教育现代化和建设教育强国所提出的重要战略,其"先导性"是一个多要素互动的过程性存在.这个动态过程内在地包含着先导性的主体、内容、目标、原则和动力一系列基本要素.其主体是组织领导宣传教育主体和认识实践主体;其内容是教育强国战略的理论体系;其目标是通过持久的宣传、理论渗透,实现广大教育工作者乃至人民群众对教育强国战略的认知与认同;其动力是教育强国战略持续开展的驱动力;其原则是推进与实施教育强国战略的行为准则与根本要求.

Abstract

The strategy of building a strong country through education is the basic national policy established by the Communist Party of China after nearly half a century of exploration,and its"leading"nature is a process of multi-factor interaction.This dynamic process inherently contains a series of basic elements of the leading subject,content,goals,principles and dynamics.Its main body is the main body of organization and leadership,publicity and education,and the main body of understanding and practice;Its content is the theoretical system of the strategy of building a strong country through ed-ucation;Its goal is to realize the awareness and recognition of the strategy of building a strong country through education by the majority of educators and e-ven the people through sustained propaganda and theoretical infiltration;Its driving force is the driving force for the continuous development of the strategy of building a strong country in education;Its principle is the code of conduct and fundamental requirements for promoting and implementing the strategy of building a strong country through education.
